From granny's kitchen, where I first developed a love of cooking at my grandmother’s elbow, I went on to sharpen my skills at several award-winning Auckland restaurants - Prego on Ponsonby Road, and Vinnie’s on Jervois Rd – this was where I discovered I had an undeniable love for cooking.
